I forgot my password
If you do not remember your password, go to "Account" > "Login" and click on the link "Forgot your password?" We will ask you to tell us the email with which you registered in Libro2Mano and we will send you an email with the steps to follow.
If you receive the email but no longer want to change it or have not made your change request, ignore the message and do nothing. Your password will remain the same.
If you do not receive the email, look in the spam or junk email folder.
Tips for creating a secure password
Your password should be at least 8 characters. It can be formed by any combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
Do not use a password that:
- You use in many other accounts.
- You have previously used in your account.
- Use personal information such as your child's name, birthdays, etc.
- Use common words
recommendations:
- Never share your password
- Replace letters with numbers and symbols: choose a word or phrase and use numbers and symbols instead of some letters
- "Happy Birthday" will be "F4ppy@B1rthd4y".
- "Street" will be “Str33t”
- Abbreviate a phrase and use your initials: In my street there are many trees of different kinds: Imstamtodk
