I have not received my order confirmation

When you place an Order, Libro2Mano automatically sends you an email with the details of the order..

If you have placed an order and you have not received an order confirmation, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check that the email account is the same as the one you registered with.. Sometimes we use similar accounts as rober@yahoo.com and robert@yahoo.es
  2. Check the spam folder in your associated email account
  3. Look in your Shopping Cart in case the order has not been finalized
  4. Check if the order appears in "My Account" > "My Orders"

If your order has been generated but you have not received a notification email, please send us an email to  Customer Service or click here to contact us.
