Item's delivery information
When you submit an order, we forward it to the vendor from whom you ordered. When that vendor processes the order, we will send you an Order Processed email with the delivery date and the expedition code.
Take int account, that the Vendor has until 4 days to confirm the Order.
In case your Order has items from different Vendors, you will receive your Order in different shipments.
From the day of departure, the approximate delivery times and depending on origin and destination, are:
- Between 2 and 10 days for the same country
- Between 5 and 20 days for International
- Solo cuentan los días laborables
- Estimate based on averages
You can view full details of your order through your account. Go to "My Account">"My Orders">"View Order"
