What happens if I'm not at home when the order arrives?
When you have placed an order with home delivery, the courier will try to inform you by email or by SMS of the delivery date
If you have put a mobile number as a contact number, the carrier will try to contact you to coordinate the date and time of the delivery.
In any case, two delivery attempts will be made at the indicated address and if delivery has not been possible, they will leave a notification in your mailbox.
Please note that if you do not pick up the order or reject it upon delivery, it will be considered as a Return and will have the same associated expenses. See Cancellations & Returns
