What if I do not receive my order?
In Libro2Mano your purchases are 100% guaranteed. Libro2Mano receives the money and until you have received your order, the payment to the Vendor is not released.
If your book has not arrived and you think it may be late, follow these steps:
- If you do not receive your order, we will refund the total amount or the part of the order that was not received if there are several Vendors.
- Check within "My Account"> "My Orders" the status of the order. By the Expedition Code you can find out where your order is (The carrier may have tried to deliver the goods to you, and you were not at home). Check How do I see the status of my orders?
- The maximum waiting period for the reception of an order is
- 30 days for for domestic shipments
- 120 for international shipments.
- Send us an email to Customer Service with all your contact and order data and we will refund you with the full amount in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
- In case you use a temporary card or, the credit card has expired, send us an email to Customer Service
- In case you ae not registered, at the bottom of the page you will find the link "Orders & Returns" where you can locate the shipment. If it does not appear, send us an email to Customer Service with the Order number and your contact data.
